Administrative Specialist- Family Services Specialist
Administrative Specialist - Region 13 Early Learning Resource Center (Berks County) – will provide customer service by greeting and assisting clients; answer and direct telephone calls; upload and save documents electronically; order offices supplies and maintain inventory; responsible for documenting meeting notes; initial eligibility screening of families. Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred. Must be reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications - Satisfactory completion of a business school and minimum one (1) years of office experience or 2 years similar office experience. Bilingual – must be able to read, write and speak English and Spanish proficiently. Benefit package: health, dental and vision insurance, 401k pension plan, paid holidays, paid time off.
FAMILY SERVICES SPECIALIST - REGION 13 EARLY LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER (Berks County) will work directly with families to assess comprehensive needs and serve as the initial source of contact for Early Learning entities including Child Care, Head Start, PA PreK Counts, Early Intervention, WIC and other social services families need; conduct interviews for eligibility; case management; and conduct outreach to improve access.
