The Clark Sports Center is seeking part time lifeguards & swim instructors! All shifts available. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. 

Rate of pay: $16/hour.

Single membership and paid sick leave included for part time employees. We are seeking responsible and energetic Lifeguards & Swim Instructors to ensure the safety of swimmers and provide quality swim instruction. As a Lifeguard, you will monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly to emergencies, including performing water rescues and first aid when necessary. As a Swim Instructor, you will teach swim lessons to individuals or groups of varying skill levels, following approved lesson plans and providing constructive feedback. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with participants, parents, and staff. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a safe and welcoming environment is essential.

Qualifications: Current lifeguard certification, including CPR, AED, and First Aid. Previous lifeguarding and/or swim instruction experience is preferred. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
