1.0 FTE Physical Education/DAPE/Coaching

The starting pay for this position is between $44,960 and $84,514 and is based on the Esko Education Association Master Agreement. Your initial placement is dependent on your qualifications (education and years of relevant experience).
Applicants are required to hold or be able to provide evidence of eligibility for an appropriate
Minnesota teaching certificate.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide instruction to students in 3-6 grade physical education.
• Differentiate instruction for students with a wide variety of interests, abilities, and
backgrounds.
• Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Communicate with parents, staff, and students to monitor student progress.
• Deliver district curriculum with a focus on meeting related state and national standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of academic performance and
school climate.
• Developmental/Adaptive Physical Education license preferred.
• Coaching candidates are preferred.
• Integrate District technology initiatives as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned by the school administration.
