Position 1: Assistant Superintendent of Schools

We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary Assistant Superintendent of Schools to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of educational policies and practices, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record of fostering academic excellence and student success.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance student achievement and promote a positive school culture. Provide instructional leadership and support to principals, teachers, and staff to ensure alignment with district goals and objectives. Oversee curriculum development, assessment practices, and professional development programs. Manage district-wide operations, including budgeting, staffing

Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field. State certification as a School Administrator or eligibility for certification. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Position 2: School Business Executive

We are also seeking a dynamic and experienced School Business Executive to oversee the financial and operational management of our district. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, budget management, and resource allocation in an educational setting.

Responsibilities: Develop and oversee the district’s annual budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and compliance with state and federal regulations. Manage financial operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement. Provide strategic financial guidance to the Superintendent and Board of Education. Collaborate with district administrators and stakeholders to optimize resources and support student achievement.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). Knowledge of state and federal laws/regulations pertaining to school finance.
