FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP PUBLIC SCHOOLS Creating a Culture of Learning Principal FRANKLIN MIDDLE SCHOOL - SAMPSON G. SMITH CAMPUS Franklin Township Public Schools is looking for a dynamic, experienced Principal committed to excellence, to lead a team of 2 vice principals, 2 deans, a dedicated staff of teachers, specialists and support personnel in all aspects of the middle school's curricular program and facility operation. Our principals work collaboratively with subject area and central office administration to develop and deliver instructional and support programs targeted to the varied needs of our entire student body. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of culturally and linguistically responsive instruction, student learning, assessment, supervision and evaluation of teacher growth and student achievement; demonstrated experience with curriculum development, scheduling, facilities management, personnel management, and community relations and outreach; excellent communication skills and be well versed with NJSLS, State Assessments and data analysis; knowledge of the instruction of English Language Learners, bilingual education, special education and secondary education. Qualifications include: valid NJ Principal Certificate, min. 5 years successful administrative experience and previous secondary experience strongly preferred.
