Work with Director and staff to build the Every Campus A Refuge ("ECAR") program. Work on range of projects to develop the ECAR program and spread interest across higher education institutions. Support leadership through research, curricular, programmatic, conceptual development, and all aspects of hosting refugees on campus. Audit, review, and update program documents; plan, organize, and train prospective campuses on ECAR's Best Practices; plan and implement volunteer trainings; manage, track, and oversee multiple grant budgets and donations; maintain accurate accounting records; plan and administer large-scale events on campus; travel, visit, and attend conferences involving potential local, regional, national, and international ECAR partners; and develop and coordinate print and digital marketing materials.
Requirements: Min. Master's degree in International, Religious, or Peace & Justice Studies or International Business Administration. Minimum 1 year experience with organizational/project management and problem-solving; interaction with diverse range of people and background needs; office/field work; working with global, national, and local immigrant and refugee issues; managing and operating budgets; and providing training to students, staff, and volunteers in education setting. Occasional travel required; must have valid driver's license.
Job Site: Greensboro, NC; 40 hours/ week, Monday-Friday.
