IMPACT Specialist/Academic Coach

Under the direction of the Quality Enhancement Plan Director, the selected candidate will work with 50 to 60 assigned students to support their success. Supporting student success will include coaching students to retention as they progress toward graduation. Additionally, the selected candidate will provide individualized student outreach to students identified as “at-risk” while also connecting the students to relevant campus resources. The candidate will also offer ongoing academic coaching and support; motivate and inspire students to reach out and accomplish goals; monitor and track students’ progress; maintain communication with faculty and staff to support students.
