We are a small, rural school district located in Red Rock, Arizona, centered one hour from Phoenix and 30 minutes from Tucson, Arizona. You’ll find our town in the lower Santa Cruz River Valley, near Picacho Peak State Park. We serve students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Our faculty and staff value each child as an individual, while helping all our students continually strive for their personal best.

 We are currently hiring for the 2023-2024 school year. We are looking for the following Certified Teaching Positions. These positions are full time positions, we offer competitive salaries and a complete benefits package.

• Sixth Grade Teacher
• Middle School Writing Teacher
• Special Education Resource Teacher 

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree and  a valid Arizona Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements. Must have knowledge of current educational and instructional methodologies and techniques. Starting teacher base salary with Red Rock Elementary is $37,800.00, plus an additional $4,057.00 of Prop 301 money and  the possibility of earning additional stipends for hard to fill positions.
