Ridgewood Public Schools, a K-12 district with an approximately 120 million dollar budget, seeks an experienced School Business Administrator/Board Secretary. The successful candidate will provide leadership in the development and management of the financial and business operations district-wide. The successful candidate will assist with the effective and efficient implementation of financial activities and district processes in all areas of the business office as well as collaborate with administrators, staff, other district constituencies, and the Board to accomplish the financial and business goals of the district.

• New Jersey School Business Administrator Certification
• Minimum of three (3) years of business administrator experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant school business office or accounting experience
• Demonstrated ability to responsibly manage and proactively plan for a large district’s financial needs with multiple revenue streams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage diverse capital projects and longrange facility plans.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain open and transparent communication with the Superintendent, Board of Education, administration, and other district and township constituents, related to district financials and all other areas related to the business office.
