• NJ School Administrator Certificate or Eligibility required
• Exceptional leadership skills
• Teaching experience at the pre-college level (i.e., elementary, middle, and/or high school grades) required
• Demonstrated commitment to parent and community engagement
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
