UW- La Crosse is seeking a Program Associate to join the University Advancement Department within the Advancement and External Relations Division. Under the general supervision of the Executive Director of Strategic Engagement, the University Services Program Associate will be responsible for administrative and support work within the department. Specific duties will include supporting the Alumni & Friends Foundation Strategic Engagement Team members, data management, including record updates, providing reports, creating lists, registration, labels, etc., financial record keeping of both university 102 budget and private Alumni funds,  supervising student workers, providing support for events, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This is a full-time position, which may include some occasional weekend or evening hours. The starting rate is $17.31 / hour and comes with benefits that add an additional 40% to the overall financial package from the university.
